Dolphins trade Jay Ajayi to Eagles for fourth-round pick

The Dolphins have been a mess on offense this season, so they're shaking things up by trading one of their most talented players. According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins traded star running back Jay Ajayi to the Eagles for a fourth-round pick.
It's a surprising move to say the least, as Ajayi had 1,272 rushing yards with eight touchdowns last season. He has just 3.4 yards per carry this season, but Miami's problems on offense are bigger than that.
The Eagles gave up only a fourth-round pick for Ajayi, so it's safe to say that this trade was a win for them. Philadelphia has the best record in the league at 7-1, but running back is a position where they needed an upgrade and having Ajayi replace LeGarrette Blount will make them even stronger.
